SEMI-RETRACTABLE SOOTBLOWERS P230/P250/P350

Semi-retractable (or half-retractable) multi-nozzle sootblowers P230/P250/P350 are designed to clean tubular air preheaters or economizers.

These can also replace a rotating sootblower when the large number of nozzles would result in lower efficiency; or a retractable sootblower when there is not sufficient space outside the boiler for the assembly of this blower type, due to its length.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Fixed outer dimensions, which are not dependent on the length of the blowing tube.
Multi-nozzle blowing tube, adapted for the boiler interior, and with one or several interior supports.
Helical plane of movement generated by a single gear motor fixed to the box section.
Lineal displacement by means of worm screw.
Standard motorization: 0,37 kW - 1500 rpm.
