RETRACTABLE SOOTBLOWERS

The retractable sootblowers PARMO are usually employed in areas of higher temperture as superheater or reheater, although due to its high efficiency, can be installed in any other part of the boiler or furnace, where outer space permits.

COMMON FEATURES:

External dimensions proportional to the width of the boiler / furnace.
Blowing lance tube standard with two nozzles at the end, which, when the blower is retracted, are hidden in the wall tube.
Rotation and translation movements (helical) generated by a single geared motor attached to the chassis, with different powers depending on the model.
Side or top and right or left motorization.
Translation by roller chain.

OPTIONS:

For pressurized boilers, PARMO DESARROLLOS supplies a "tightness box" that is welded to the wall tube and in which the client performs a supply of air to a specific pressure and flow rate.

In boilers with high degree of contamination (e.g., the black liquor in paper), the sootblowers may include a cleaning system of the lance tube, using some of the steam blowing, to avoid problems in the forward / reverse.
