RAKE SOOTBLOWERS  P285/P385/P585

The rake sootblowers P285/P385/P585 are specially designed for cleaning tubular air preheaters or economizers, with finned tubes mainly. Also are used for the cleaning of SRC systems (Selective Catalytic Reduction for the control of NOx emissions).

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Fixed outer dimensions (P285) or proportional to the width of the boiler.
• Common chassis with semi-retractable sootblower P250 or with retractable sootblowers.
• Blowing rake with one or more multi-nozzle arms, and fully adapted to the interior design of the boiler.
• Only translational movement. Geared motor attached to the chassis.
• Side or top and right or left motorization.
• Standard motor: according installation (consult us).
• Lineal displacement by means of worm screw (P285) or by roller chain.
